Amorbit is a Western astrology service for couples. This page explains what we collect when you request a free reading, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your first name, email address, birth date, and, if you give them, your birth time and birth city.
- The same birth details for the person you enter as your partner.
- Which ad or link brought you to the site.
- Cookies and similar data set by the Meta Pixel, which help us measure our ads.
Only enter someone else's details if they would be comfortable with you sharing them.
How we use it
We use birth details to calculate both charts and write your reading, and your email address to send it. If you agreed, we also email you when the Amorbit app launches. We don't use your information for anything else, and we never sell it.
Who helps us
A few service providers process data on our behalf: our hosting provider; Anthropic, whose AI writes the reading from the chart calculations; Resend, which sends email; OpenStreetMap's geocoding service, which turns a birth city into a time zone; and Meta, for ad measurement.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until the app launches and for up to 12 months afterward, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
To stop launch emails, reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us. To see, correct, or delete your data, email amorbit.app@gmail.com and we'll act on it within 30 days.
Age
Amorbit is for people 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
